Founded in 2005, Cell & Sat operates as a Société par Actions Simplifiée (S.A.S.) based in Paris, France, with a registered capital of 130,000 Euros. The company specializes in providing consulting services to operators and suppliers in the field of telecommunications, and is especially focused on technical solutions that enhance the integration and synergy between cellular and satellite networks.   Didier Verhulst, the founding President of Cell & Sat, is internationally recognized for his expertise in both cellular and satellite network technologies. His previous professional experiences include contributing to the development of the GSM standard, managing various global cellular operations, and overseeing the technical and commercial aspects of satellite networking activities.

As the company grew, Cell & Sat welcomed into its capital several associates who brought with them a wealth of experience in diverse areas, including cellular system engineering, software development, IP networking, network deployment and operation, business planning, and marketing of telecommunications services. They play an active role in the technical and commercial operations of Cell & Sat. To enhance its in-house capabilities, Cell & Sat also collaborates with strategic partners from various sectors within telecommunications and IT. This network includes consulting and engineering firms, research and training institutes, product manufacturers, and telecommunication operators.
